Terms of use
Platform scope
RegOpsPro provides free GDP-focused operating models, guides, assessments and working tools for Responsible Person (RP) and Responsible Person for Import (RP-I) activities. The platform supports structured working and does not replace qualified judgement, applicable law, licence obligations, internal procedures or formal regulatory, legal or technical advice.
User responsibility
You are responsible for confirming that information is current and applicable, reviewing outputs, applying your organisation’s procedures and approvals, maintaining controlled records, and making all formal quality and regulatory decisions.
AI-assisted features
AI-assisted features provide drafting support only. Do not submit confidential, personal, product, batch, supplier, customer or inspection-sensitive information unless your organisation has authorised that use. Review and verify every AI-assisted output before relying on it or transferring it into a controlled system.
Permitted use
You may use platform outputs as working material within your organisation. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or present RegOpsPro content or outputs as regulator-approved methods or decisions.
Availability, links and warranty
The platform is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or regulatory acceptance. External links are provided for convenience; users should confirm the current primary source and its applicability.
Consulting
Consulting is optional and separate from the free platform. Visiting the consulting page or sending an enquiry does not create an adviser-client relationship, appoint an RP or RP-I, transfer regulatory responsibility or commit either party to an engagement. Any service would require separate scope, suitability review and written terms.
