This page explains the limited information processed when you use RegOpsPro or contact us.

Information you provide

RegOpsPro may process information you choose to send by email or through an AI-assisted feature. Do not submit confidential, personal, product, batch, supplier, customer or inspection-sensitive information unless your organisation has authorised that use.

Local browser storage

Some tools store drafts, progress and settings locally in your browser. This information is not sent to RegOpsPro merely because it is stored locally. Clearing browser storage or changing browser or device may remove it.

Local tool and workspace data

Where a tool saves a draft, assessment or workspace progress, it is stored in your browser rather than in a RegOpsPro user account. It may persist between sessions on that browser, but it can be lost if browser data is cleared and it does not automatically transfer to another browser or device.

AI-assisted features

When you use an AI-assisted feature, the input you choose to submit is sent to the configured service for processing and a response is returned. Avoid personal or confidential information and review outputs before use. RegOpsPro analytics do not record those prompts or generated outputs.

Anonymous usage analytics

RegOpsPro records limited events such as page views, model and tool use, output actions and technical failures using an anonymous session identifier. Analytics do not record tool form entries, regulatory prompts, generated outputs, company, product or batch details, or email addresses. Browser Do Not Track settings are respected.

Cookies and technical data

RegOpsPro does not use advertising, payment or cross-site tracking cookies. Anonymous analytics use browser session storage. Hosting and security providers may process essential technical request data, such as browser, device, IP and request information, to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the service.

If you email us, the message and contact details are used to respond and manage the enquiry. General feedback and platform enquiries go to feedback@regopspro.com; consulting enquiries go to consulting@regopspro.com. Do not send confidential records in an initial enquiry.
